It depends on the problem you need resolving and the level of experience of the person you instruct; many of your queries can be dealt with on a fixed fee arrangement, as paying a solicitor by the hour can be more expensive. Housing possessions for example can be dealt with on a fixed fee of £350.00 plus VAT; conveyancing can be dealt with on a fixed fee from £295.00 plus VAT; we also complete some work on a 'no win no fee'; some family cases can be paid at the end of the matter.
