Injunctions
It is an unfortunate situation that many people suffer from domestic abuse. This can have a sever impact on all the family.
In order to prevent further acts of violence occurring, applications can be made to the Court for occupation and/or non-molestation Orders.
An occupation Order prevents a person having access to the home and possibly surrounding areas.
A non-molestation order prevents violence to the Applicant. This order can be extended to protect children under the age of 18.
Applications can be made with or without notice to the Respondent. This depends on individual circumstances.
Fees
The current Court fee for making the above applications is £60.00.
